Camera Equipment Loan Request
This form is required for requests to use camera equipment for Tulane School of Architecture-related event, course/studio, object, or person. Requests must be made at least 1 week in advance, but 2 weeks is preferred to coordinate scheduling. In general, we ask that equipment be kept on loan for 1 week or less; if more time is needed for longer-term projects, please indicate that in the form below.
