This is for members of the AUDSS who have witnessed or were victims of misconduct at an AUDSS and would like to remain anonymous.
We encourage you to include your name so that we are able to offer you appropriate support and fully follow up on your report, including informing you of the outcome. However, if you do not feel comfortable including your name, you may submit the form anonymously. Your name, should you choose to include this, will not be disclosed to any parties named in your report.
Reports submitted may be seen by AUDSS President, Vice-President, Incident Report Officers, and Events Executive Officers.
AUDSS Behaviour Management Procedures is as follows:
- Complete the AUDSS Sexual Misconduct Report Centre form (to remain anonymous). This will be sent to the incident report officers Farida Zhakupova and Tilley Wong.
- The offending party/parties will be emailed if you consent for them to be contacted and for the implementation of the AUDSS Behavior Matrix.
- The offending party/parties will have a meeting with the Incident Report Committee (AUDSS President, Vice-President, Incident Report Officers, and Events Executive Officers) within 48 hours of being emailed by the Incident Report Committee.
- Disciplinary action will be made on a case-by-case basis, using AUDSS Behaviour Matrix as a guide.
- YouX and the Dean of Adelaide Dental School will be notified of the report and outcome.
- AUDSS IT executive officer and Events General committee will be notified of any bans.
