Volunteers will help with activities including:

-Event Setup
-Stuffing give-away bags
-Attendee Check-in
-Exhibitor Check-in
-Managing breakout sessions (greeting speakers, alerting P440 staff of any issues, etc.)

Volunteer Opportunities
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 4: As a volunteer you commit to assisting at the College Fair for Musicians held at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts on Saturday, November 4, 2023. Volunteers will arrive as early as 8:00 a.m. to assist with set up and stay as late at 5:00 p.m. to assist with cleanup.

FRIDAY NOVEMBER 3: Volunteers are also needed the day before the fair on Friday, November 3 to help with activities such as stuffing bags and moving materials to the Kimmel Center.
