WPS Early College Fall 25 Class Choice Form
If you are interested in taking a Fall '25 class through Early College Worcester at either Worcester State University (WSU) or Quinsigamond Community College (QCC) please fill out the following form.

Please note:
WSU semester begins on September 4th and runs through December 4th
QCC semester begins on September 3th and runs through December 17th

***Please read the dates/times/locations/modality of classes carefully***

IF YOU WANT MORE THAN ONE CLASS, PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM MORE THAN ONE TIME. WE DO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR SECOND CHOICE AS A SECOND CLASS. PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM AGAIN WITH A DIFFERENT FIRST CHOICE.
