The Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN), statutorily tasked with the responsibility of ensuring efficient and effective regulatory services for both her practitioners and laboratory facilities across Nigeria (among others) as enshrined in the MLSCN Act 11 of 2003. In its bid for continuous quality improvement of its processes/activities, the MLSCN is conducting clients' satisfaction survey among the practitioners to evaluate their level of satisfaction on the newly rolled-out e-licensing procedure/process. It is in view of this that this questionnaire is being administered to assess; "THE LEVEL OF SATISFACTION OF PRACTITIONERS (MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTISTS) ON THE PROCESS OF E-LICENSING".
