OVERVIEW OF POSITION

We are looking for Special Event Day volunteers to assist on the day of the event and help with set-up, greeting attendees, answering questions, recruiting volunteers for various programs, crowd flow management and/or tearing down tables and tents. create decor, promote the events, place flyers, stuff gift bags and much, much more.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years of age.

EXPERIENCE
Prior experience is beneficial but not required.

TIME REQUIRED
2-6 HOURS DEPENDING ON EVENT AND NUMBER OF VOLUNTEERS WORKING THE EVENT

DRESS CODE:  All Black

BENEFITS TO VOLUNTEER
1.Free event tickets or a table to showcase your product  on our next show ( If you have a business)
2. Students can use volunteer hours for graduation requirements.

4.Volunteer Staff T-Shirt and name recognition on our social media.

SPECIFIC TASKS
1. Set up tables before the event or Tear down tables after the event
2. Greet attendees and assist with checking in
3. Manage the flow of the crowd  & assist with  wristbands
4.  Greet and hand out event programs to attendees as they arrive and seat attendees during the guest speaker panel
5.  Assist with Fashion show/ Make up/ Photograph
