1. We try to keep our class sizes at a reasonable amount to ensure that our students get adequate attention and support during class sessions. *No more than 15 enrolled students in a class at a time. If it is a more difficult class to instruct, you can cap the amount of students at your desired amount. *(This may not apply to certain events and/or workshops etc.)

2. If you are teaching: Up to two participating children's class fees are 50% off. Each additional child may be subject to regular price. The registration fee is reduced to $20. If your child is participating in a class that you are teaching, he or she may be able to participate in your class for free. *It will depend on how many children register and if the class supplies cost is met under budget.

3. A short class description and supply list will be needed for your class, if not provided with one by the Board.

4. A supply list will help your class stay within the class budget. We strive to stay UNDER budget. This will allow us to give discounts to our teacher volunteers, purchase other necessary or unexpected supplies that come up etc. Also take in account how many children will be discounted in your class. So, please take this in consideration when planning class fees.

5. Project supplies can be purchased by the Board or you can purchase supplies and be reimbursed with provided receipts after student class fees have been paid.

6. If your class goes over budget, GVHH will not be able to provide additional supplies or funds. It may have to come out of the teacher's personal funds. This is why it is so important to stay under budget with class projects and/or supplies.

7. * Any field trips that coordinate with your class need to be approved by a GVHH Board. Field trip fees are extra and are not paid by GVHH.

8. *Class field trips are for current enrolled students and family only ( parents/guardians and siblings). Personal invites have to be approved by a GVHH Board Member.
