Registration times differ greatly, please fill out this form before or during the add/drop period where you are registering for courses. While there is no Amherst deadline to complete this task, you should refer to your CAS letter for instructions and important dates. It is your responsibility to submit this form before you officially register for your courses while away in order to be sure you'll receive the appropriate amount of transfer credit from Amherst. You must allow at least 2 business days for your submission to be reviewed; please plan accordingly.

Refer to your CAS letter for guidelines on credit(s) required for admission standing to be finalized.
Each course must be at least 3 semester credit hours to be considered for transfer credit.
Coursework should not duplicate or substantially overlap your prior work completed.

Please also be sure that all course titles are in English as the need to translate the title could cause a delay in your course approval.
