Faith Students Middle School Move Up
5th Graders are encouraged to come check out the last Faith Students of the year on May 5 from 5 - 7 PM at Faith Cedar Lake as they prepare to head to middle school in the fall.

All middle school and high school students will gather for yard games, a nacho bar, and the Kona Ice truck!

Registration is free but we do ask you to complete this form so we can get a headcount.
