2024 Summer Enrichment Registration                     A World of Exploration!
Please complete this registration form to join us for our first Summer Enrichment Program. We are really excited to bring this offering to you. We are planning so many fun activities.  Please contact Jackie at jackie.delucia@wkdschool.org should you have any questions.

Week 2 - July 1
Week 3 - July 8
Week 4 - July 15
Week 5 - July 22
Week 6 - July 29
Week 7  - August 5
Week 8 - August 12
Week 9 - August 19


PRICING:
World of Exploration - 8:00 - 3 pm - $560 per Week
Aftercare - 3:00 - 6:00 pm - $100 per Week for World of Exploration participants
Aftercare only - 3:00 - 6:00 - $225 per Week 

Age:  PreK to Grade 4

Registration and Payment:

**Weekday and Aftercare families (district) will be billed in TADS....this form is your registration form

·       NEW Families: Will apply and register in TADS after you complete this form.  (information and TADS link will be sent to you)

Payment for all weeks (including Aftercare Care) is due by May 7 , 2024

There will be no refunds of payment or any fees in the event of absence or withdrawal.

 Sibling Discount

·        A sibling discount of 10% will be applied to registration of 4 or more weeks per family. Sibling discount does not apply to aftercare.

Lunches and Snacks:

·        Lunch will not be provided; therefore, a participant should bring lunch, snacks, and a refillable water bottle.
