Cancellation policy
* Refund Policy
Contact Japan Creative Arts/The School of TAIKO(JCA/SOT), if you decide to cancel your enrollment
- 60 days or more before starting your session: Full refund
- 30 days or more before starting your session: 50% refund
- 15 days or fewer before starting your session: No refund
* $20 business fee is Non-refundable

* Class Cancellation
For group lesson, if the lesson does not have enough applicants, the lesson will be cancelled.
In this case, the information will be sent three days before and the fee which you have paid will be fully refunded.

Absence of lesson(s)
If you are absent from the lesson(s), please contact the instructor as soon as possible. Thank you for your respect to the Taiko artists. Any absence from the lesson(s) for personal reasons, the lesson fee will not be refunded.

Lesson Reschedule
For group lesson participants: No reschedule available.
For private lesson participants: Your lesson schedule will be able to reschedule if you make notification until two weeks before.

ZOOM Usage
JCA/SOT is able to provide basic ZOOM help and troubleshooting. However, JCA/SOT will not be able to support in any work
until you connect to ZOOM to participate in the lesson, such as providing the internet system or connecting to the Internet.
