Holiday Bazaar Vendor Registration Form

Each vendor will receive a space that is 8 feet wide and 6 feet deep. No table cloths provided.

Access to electricity is not guaranteed, and there are very limited outlets available. Vendors are encouraged to bring extension cords and to have back-up plans in the case of not being able to connect to electricity.

VENDOR FEES. Secure your first come first serve spot by paying in full.

By Friday, November 1st
     Gym space:
     Standard:  $125 for the first 8 foot space and $75 for each additional 8 foot space.
     FCPS employees: $100 for the first 8 foot space. Additional space is $50.
 
     Cafeteria space:
     Standard: $95 for the first 8 foot space and $50 for each additional 8 foot space.
     FCPS employees: $75 for the first 8 foot space. Additional space is $50.

After Friday, November 1st
     Gym Space:
     Standard: $150 for the first 8 foot space and $75 for each additional 8 foot space.
     FCPS employees: $125 for the first 8 ft space. Additional space is $50.

     Cafeteria space:
     Standard: $120 for the first 8 foot space and $50 for each additional 8 foot space.
     FCPS employees: $100 for the first 8 foot space. Additional space is $50.

We will consider all requests for a specific space, however, it cannot be guaranteed. Spaces are assigned once full payment has been received. Spaces are assigned to maximize traffic flow, avoid placing similar items together and to meet vendor needs of electricity.

Vendors must stay in their assigned space. Refunds are not given for no shows or cancellations within 20 days of the event.
