Final Extended Deadline: July 22, 2021 (11:59 PM EDT)
Thank you for your interest in presenting at the MITESOL 2022 Conference, to be held at Washtenaw Community College on November 11 & 12, 2022!  Please review the Call for Proposals carefully as there are a variety of session options, though all proposals are for in-person sessions.  Presenters whose proposals have been accepted will be notified by August 26th.
The theme of this year’s conference is Reawakening Purpose, Motivation, and Joy. MITESOL is looking for specific proposals on how those of us in the field have rediscovered ways to motivate ourselves, each other, and the students we serve. Our theme of Reawakening Purpose, Motivation, and Joy reflects the need to acknowledge that many of us find ourselves reinventing, or reimagining, our purpose as educators and individuals. How have you stayed grounded to your love of education, and how has your vision changed? What techniques or tools do you use to spark joy in your environment? MITESOL will consider proposals on other topics, as well. Please submit your ideas!

Our theme includes the collaborative efforts TESOL professionals can make with experts in other areas for the benefit of our students. As the MITESOL organization is comprised of K-12,  post-secondary, and adult educators of English Learners, we hope that your presentation could include information across our major constituents.

Please see the Call for Proposals on www.MITESOL.org for official requirements.
