The following information is pertinent to performing with Inspire Ballet and Fine Arts and must be confirmed and signed by the parent(s) of the dancer prior to committing to the performance.

I understand that my child’s part may be changed/limited if he or she does not attend class on a regular basis leading up to the performance. *

My dancer’s show order will be posted in advance on the website and at the studio so that I can find out which Act my dancer is in.

I understand that my dancer is called to Tech Rehearsal at Mattie Kelly Arts Center. Tech Rehearsal will be Thursday, May 9 from 4pm to 8pm (exact call times by class will be sent out prior.)

I understand that my dancers MUST attend Dress Rehearsal in order to perform and that this serves as notice that the Dress Rehearsal for “The Book of Daniel" is Friday, May 10 from 5:30 to 8pm at Mattie Kelly Arts Center.

I agree to read through the information packet BEFORE the week of the show so that I will know what my dancer needs to have backstage and WHERE my dancer will be signed-in and released back to me at the performance.

I understand that a modesty leotard is required backstage for all dancers to wear during costume changes.

I understand that costumes that are not returned by May 24 or are returned damaged will result in a $50 fee.

I understand that parents are not allowed backstage during Dress Rehearsal and the Performance and that my child will be released back to me from the audience after the ACT that they perform in on those days. I understand that parents are only allowed backstage at TECH REHEARSALS if helping with a costume change.
