Global Day of Coderetreat is a day to celebrate passion and software crafting. It's held every year around November on the same date all over the world & this year again we are hosting one in Mumbai, graciously sponsored and hosted by Media.net (https://media.net/).

This event is very special, as it's the 14th anniversary of Coderetreat. The first Coderetreat was held 10 years ago on Jan  24, 2009 in Ann Arbor, MI.

Coderetreat is a day-long, intensive practice event focusing on the fundamentals of software development and design. By giving developers the opportunity to take part in focused practice, away from the daily pressure of "getting things done", the Coderetreat format has proven itself to be a highly effective means of skill improvement.

Coderetreat is a language-agnostic event and you'll get to pair-program with many different developers throughout the day on many different programming languages.

This event is free and open to everyone, from students to experienced software developers. However, we have limited seats so register now! Remember to bring your laptop. Tea, coffee, breakfast, lunch and snacks will be served.
