Roster and Dues Information--Ladies of Charity

March 1st marks the beginning of our fiscal year. Membership dues are collected to provide for the operational expenses of the Association. Please pay your dues no later than April 15, 2023, for your contact information inclusion in the roster. Thank you!

Dues: There will be two ways to pay your dues ($45 ):
1. Pay your dues online ($45+ convenience fee) by credit card or PayPal on the LOC website (link for LOC website shown after you hit Submit at the end of this form.)
2. If you prefer to pay by check, complete this form then send a check made out to "Ladies of Charity" and mail to Marnie Robinett, 12717 Sagamore, Leawood, KS 66209
***If you are already a Lifetime member, still complete this form but no payment is required at this time.

Lifetime Membership:
If you are interested in becoming a Lifetime member, you may submit a one-time payment of $1,000 or two consecutive annual payments of $500 each. These payment(s) will be by check only payable to Ladies of Charity and sent to Marnie Robinett, 12717 Sagamore, Leawood, KS 66209.
