* This submission form will close at 11:59 PM on January 14th, 2022. No late submissions will be accepted.
* NO FILM may be shared online or to the general public prior to its premiere date at the Grand Valley Film Festival. If you have any questions or complications pertaining to this rule, please email us at
gvfa@mail.gvsu.edu.

* Your film must have been made within the last two years.
* Whoever is submitting the project must be a current Grand Valley student.
* It is the Academy's final decision as to whether your film qualifies for the Best Amateur Film award or not. You will be notified via email if your film is eligible or not.
* Qualifying for Best Amateur Film does NOT disqualify your film from winning Best Picture or Viewer's Choice.
* Your film MUST credit all production roles in the end credits, including talent.
* If you are submitting to the Best Screenplay Category, you must link to a script that is properly formatted as a PDF document.
* Do NOT submit a film/video and screenplay at the same time. Use SEPARATE FORMS to do this.
* You can NOT resubmit work you have submitted to the GVFA previously.
