◾️Steps:-
- You attend an online orientation session where you know the rules of the clinic / FitoverfaT mission / Personal medical profile / FitoverfaT general nutrition and workout discussion / Misconceptions / Q&As.
- You will start your first clinic session (in-person appointment) within 2 weeks from the orientation session (according to your pre-orientation reservation order)
- You will follow up every 2 weeks (in-person appointment) until reaching your ideal weight, ideal shape and health.
◾️During the in-person appointment:-- The Doctor discusses the medical profile and asks for labs if needed.
- The Doctor takes your measurement with the last updated Tanita body composition analyser MC980.
- The Doctor checks the last 2 weeks (nutrition and workout) on your account.
- The Doctor gives you 2 week nutrition and workout plans according to your results.
◾️Our initial 4 week package is 1800 L.E paid at the clinic before the orientation session to get your place, it includes:-
- 4 week nutrition and workout plans.
- 4 week access to FitoverfaT digital assessments and calories tracking application.
- 4 week Whatsapp follow up.
◾️After the initial 4 weeks you can always renew your package by one of the following options:
( 4 week package = 1800 L.E ) or ( 12 week package = 5000 L.E )
