I understand that once my application and $15 application fee have been received, the HISAR Board will review my application and contact me with any further questions. I also acknowledge that I will be required to meet certain attendance requirements for the first 6-9 months before my application is accepted. I understand that once my application is accepted, or once I become mission-ready, I will be required to pay annual membership dues of $50. *
