The MYBAIKHATI initiative was mooted from the realisation that every family requires smart devices to adapt to the new norm of online learning, working and daily activities. This device crowdsourcing concept provides an opportunity for all levels of society and the corporate sector to jointly showcase a strong spirit of camaraderie as kind-hearted Malaysians to help fellow citizens in need.

We will collect and restore used communication devices for low income families (B40). The campaign is run on a crowdsourcing concept, which will involve a used devices contribution drive from businesses and individuals. The refurbished devices will be reformatted and will be donated to the eligible recipients among B40, based on the criteria outlined by the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) under the Ministry of Finance.

You confirm that you have formatted the device(s) provided to ensure that the device(s) is/are clean from any and all data which it may have. *
You understand that these device(s) is/are collected on behalf by TIME and the same will be refurbished/redistributed to the recipients of #MYBaikHati campaign (“Initiative”). In this regard, you confirm that the device(s) is/are your property(ies), free from any encumbrances or restrictions, and that the device(s) is/are not stolen goods. *
You wish to donate through TIME the device(s) for purposes of the Initiative and agree that your title and ownership on the device(s) including any data (if any) will be relinquished and shall transfer to the Initiative’s recipient(s) or TIME. If any given device is determined to be unsuitable for the Initiative, such device will be recycled by TIME through its existing eWaste programme. You further confirm and agree that you will not hold TIME and/or the Initiative’s recipient(s) liable (in whatsoever manner) for the device(s) including any data within, after you provide the same to TIME for the Initiative. *
