Before/After School Transportation Interest Form for School Year 2023-24

If you are interested in your student riding an EMS shuttle before and/or after school, please enter your information below. This is only to register your interest in before/after school transportation - it is NOT a commitment to use the service. Pricing will be determined based on demand and distance from the school. The business office will provide you with a quoted fee for your family based on the information you submit. EMS Shuttle routes and rates are based on the number of students riding the shuttle and the distance it has to travel to pick up or drop off your student(s). Specific timing will be worked out after riders and stops are determined. Stops may be a public parking lot where multiple students can be picked up or dropped off at once. If you request the shuttle to stop at your home, your fee may be higher.

Shuttle fees are charged PER TRIMESTER, and are billed to your FACTS account at the beginning of each trimester during which your family plans to use the shuttle. Fees are charged regardless of whether your student rides every day.

Openness to carpooling if necessary *

Depending on demand, vehicle capacity, and location of students needing transportation, it may be necessary to find an alternative transportation solution for some students. Please indicate your openness to participating in a carpool as an alternative to EMS shuttle transportation below. THIS IS NOT A COMMITMENT, but will help determine whether a carpool might be viable if needed.
