Hosted by the Office of International Affairs(OIA); Co-hosted by the Cross-Field Characteristic Development Center.
1. Purpose: The "ALONG(龍) WITH YOU - 2024 Year of the Dragon Greeting Short Film Competition" aims to promote collaboration between international students and local Taiwanese students at NPUST. The goal is to facilitate mutual language learning in both Mandarin and English, enhance friendship, and foster interaction and communication between local and international students.
2. Registration: January 15th to February 5th, 2024.
3. Filming Location: OIA office.
4. Qualifications: NPUST students only. Each team should consist of 1 international student and 1 Taiwanese student.
5. Please make an appointment with OIA first before filming.
6. Method of Competition:
(1) OIA will provide video equipment and venue; participating teams can bring their own props.
(2) The short film content should creatively express Year of the Dragon's greetings or auspicious phrases in Chinese by the international student and in English by the Taiwanese student.
(3) The final short film should NOT exceed 30 seconds (one continuous shot without editing) and can be re-recorded until completion.
(4) Voting for the competition will be conducted through the OIA's Facebook fans page, with the number of likes on the post serving as the basis for awards.
(5) Voting Period: From 10:00 am on February 7th to 10:00 am on February 26th, 2024.
7. Awards:
(1) First Place: A 3,000 NTD gift voucher and a certificate of merit; 1 group total.
(2) Second Place: A 2,000 NTD gift voucher and a certificate of merit; 1 group total.
(3) Third Place: A 1,000 NTD gift voucher and a certificate of merit; 1 group total.
(4) Special Prize: Awarded the Golden Dragon Award, totaling 1 to 3 groups.
(5) Participation Award: Contenders who did not receive the above listed awards will receive a certificate of participation.
一、目的：透過你龍（濃）我龍（濃）龍年創意賀歲短競片賽促使本校外籍生與台灣學生合作，達成中英文語言共學並增進彼此情誼，提升本地生與外籍生互動交流
二、徵件報名時間：2024年1月15日至2月5日止
三、短片拍攝地點：國際事務處
四、參加資格：限屏科大學生，由1名外籍生及1名台灣本地生組隊
五、競賽及評審方式：
1.國際事務處提供錄影器材及場地，請參賽組別自備道具
2.短片拍攝內容由外籍生使用中文、台灣本地生使用英文表達龍年祝賀詞或吉祥話等創意內容
3.短片成品內容限時最長30秒(一鏡到底不剪接)，惟可重複錄製至作品完成
4.參賽作品將透過本處粉絲專頁辦理投票競賽，貼文按讚數多寡將作為得獎依據
5.投票起訖時間：自2024年2月7日上午10:00起至2月26日上午10:00止
六、獎勵：
1. 第一名：頒發禮券3千元、獎狀1紙，計1組
2. 第二名：頒發禮券2千元、獎狀1紙，計1組
3. 第三名：頒發禮券1千元、獎狀1紙，計1組
4. 特別獎：頒發金龍獎(獎項暫不公開)，計1~3組
5. 參加獎：未獲以上獎項者，參加獎狀1紙
