Attend:
75% Attendance of Student Minister Fellowships in the semester
Participating in training posts on Band (Once a month)
No more than one Bible Fellowship Family

Lead students and families by:
Welcoming new students who visit.
Leading conversation on Sunday mornings.
Showing up early to spend time with students and meet their families and friends.
Prayerfully supporting the work of the church.
Faithfully attending worship and inviting students and their families to attend worship with you.
Taking personal responsibility for the spiritual well-being of the students in your ministry by
sharing the Gospel with any unsaved teenager in your ministry area.
Have a one-on-one conversation with each teenager in your group to determine his/her spiritual status.

Serve the Student Ministry Staff by:
Contacting and reporting contacts of any first-time visitors each week.
Contact absent students and encourage them to return to the group and ask them what you can pray for.
Keeping accurate attendance of your small group.
Turning in, and encouraging students to fill out Connection Cards through Google form.
Recruiting a leader to take your place when you are absent.

We will also have a small training on August 15th  for group leaders. This will equip you to lead for the year.
