Who can use the facility? Anyone/group can request use via the Church Use Form & must agree to the Covenant below. Trustees/Pastor reviews & approves or denies all requests & (*) may adjust fees based on duration, group size, setup/cleanup needs, frequency of use, etc.
What can the facility or grounds be used for? Use must align with church values & mission (as deemed by Trustees or Pastor as any on-site activity represents our church) along with church calendar availability & priorities: 1) church event 2) member-hosted event 3) non-profit 4) for-profit.
When do I pay & how much?
Single/limited-time event fees due 1 week prior (day of, if notify church office prior or gain approval from Trustees/Pastor)
Ongoing event fees due monthly or as approved
Wedding fees paid in full 1 month prior to wedding date; Funerals fees due day of
Trustees will determine possible for-profit use & fees on a “per request” basis
Trustees/Pastor may negotiate prices if financial hardship
