Hold Harmless & Agreement *
I agree I will operate under my teams policy's and procedures. I understand that I must be an active member with my team to attend the training. I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Special Unit 66 Search and Rescue, the property owners or affiliates of the training location and it’s directors and officers, successors, assigns, legal representatives, organizers, sponsors, and supervisors of its activities from any and all claims, causes of action and liability arising from or in any way connected with my volunteer participation with Special Unit 66 Search and Rescue training event. I agree not to bring any alcohol to the event or come under the influence of any controlled substance including but not limited to alcohol. Any issues that may arise during the training I agree to discuss them with my chief or supervisor of my team who will then address whatever issue may be at hand. I agree not to use profanity or use sexual gestures towards one another.
