The payment  for the school is every 3-4 months (depending on when you enroll). If you withdraw during the pre-paid period, if your child participate even one day of the month according to the school calendar, the fee will not be returned for the month. If your child has not attended a day in the entire month and withdraw during the paying cycle, the monthly fee is reimbursed with 20% of reduction from the remaining balance. Facility fee and admission fee, and all the other miscellaneous fee will not be reimbursed. 

お支払いは3-4ヶ月ごと（ご入会の時期により異なる）となっております。お支払い後途中でご退園の場合、１日でもスクールカレンダーに基づく月に参加された場合は、その月の返金はありません。途中退会の場合で、その月１日も参加がなかった場合は、残りの月の月額代は返金いたしますが、２０％の手数料が発生します。ご入会費、施設費、その他の諸経費の返金はありません。

After School Extension for 3 years old and above: If you pay the extension fee monthly ahead of time for fixed hours, between 14:00 and 18:00, 400 yen/hour applies. 

放課後の延長　毎学期の月極定期的なお預かりの場合は14:00-18:00まで1時間400円になります。

３歳児以上で放課後に英会話クラスに受講をご希望の場合はスポット料金の他にテキスト代が発生します。（2000円前後）テキストは変更する度に再度ご購入いただきますが、頻度は平均1年-2年1冊となります。

After School for spot extension is charged monthly and withdrawn from the account on every 27th of the month (if it falls on the weekend or holidays, the next business day) from your designated bank account. During the state of emergency, if continuation of after school program is determined to be difficult, the program will be closed until the further notice. During that time, there will be no fee charged for the after school program even though you enroll your child for the entire trimester. When the school is resumed, however, the fee will be charged automatically.

スポットでの延長をご希望された生徒さんは、銀行口座からは後日27日（土日、祝日の場合は翌日のビジネス日）に引き落としとなります。緊急事態宣言などが発布された場合、放課後及び保育は中止になる場合があります。その場合、スポットで申し込みの放課後14:00以降の出席されないクラスは料金がかかりません。再会後、料金が発生します。

Activities： The mission for After School program is to have more exposer to natural English spoken by native English speakers and your child can use and improve communication skills in English. It promotes interests in English language which will further help your child to be engaged and learn English even after they are grown up. We use UNO, Legos, blocks, cards, puzzles and various resources to stimulate learning.

スポットの場合、15:00-18:00は１時間800円で延長が可能です。

この時間帯は３歳以上の場合は生徒さんにあう英会話クラスなどにも同料金で出席が可能です。

After school programs will be taught by a native speaker, but a bilingual staff might teach the class as needed.

アフタースクールの活動は、先生がお休みや代理で英会話クラスの指導が必要になる場合などは学童の担当がバイリンガルの日本人になる可能性があります。
