This is a formal/legal financial agreement between the client and Silicon Valley Elite. We provide cheerleading, tumbling and fitness services. Please read the form carefully and take your time to read the terms. There is a $99 registration fee that activates your membership the day you complete this form and expires 5/31/25 (Registration is NOT prorated. Registration includes administrative fees, insurance/liability insurance and your membership benefits of training at our facility for the fiscal year.)

Cheer 101 Program ($99/month) - One Cheer 101 class per week.

6 Month Package ($1099 for 6 months) Registration fee is included (SAVE up to $400) After 6 months the monthly rate goes to $229/month

All Payments are non-refundable. Payments are never pro-rated...including cases of illness, injury, sitting-out for late payment, or quitting before your commitment contract ends

You must pay first and last month payment upon registering if you sign up for the monthly option

Late Payment Tuition: $25 fee (There is no payment “grace period”)

Returned Check: $30 fee no personal checks will be accepted for the remainder of the season

Athletes and families must follow all SVE rules and policies. Outside cheer gym attire is not allowed. We are allowed to dismiss athlete from program at anytime with no refund if there is negative or disrespectful behavior.

If athlete attends a class after membership expires it will cost of a rate of $45-$60/class.

Parents must notify us via slack or email at info@svecheer.com or come in person to cancel the membership.

A annual *$99 registration fee will be charged June 1st every year. Our Fiscal Year starts the BEGINNING of June and is over at the END of May.

To cancel the membership we need 30 days notice via email or you must come in and sign a cancelation form Info@svecheer.com

I understand that it is my responsibility to keep track of when my athlete's membership expires. Drop in Classes are $35-45 per class.
