Country Entry Requirements. I acknowledge that I am responsible for providing the necessary entry documentation which includes a valid passport.

Travel Insurance. I acknowledge that I was offered travel insurance which provides coverage for illnesses or injuries during travel.

Please provide an emergency contact name with email and telephone (if not already noted in your ClubEG account).

Transportation. I acknowledge that I am responsible to arrive at the required times and that refunds cannot be provided to participants that have missed the transportation provided.

I acknowledge the following cancellation fees:

- $50 fee outside of 30 days of departure;

- 50% fee outside of 14 days of departure;

- No refunds for cancellations inside 14 days of departure or no-shows;

Country Admissibility. I acknowledge that I am responsible to ensure that I meet all admissibility requirements. Refunds and return transportation will not be provided to anyone refused entry at the border.

Prohibited Substances. I agree to not possess any prohibited substances when crossing the border. I acknowledge that such an offense could result in legal prosecution, fines and entry refusal.

Customs and Border Declaration. I acknowledge that making false declarations can result in fines, seizures and delays for the group. Transportation will not be held to accommodate delays caused by participants.

Trip and Golf Etiquette. I agree to interact with everyone in a respectful manner. I will abide by the course’s rules. I will be punctual, try my best to keep up to the group ahead and be mindful of others’ positions when hitting. I will inform ClubEG of any issues that may arise. I understand ClubEG has zero tolerance for any disrespectful or aggressive behaviour.

Photo Release. I acknowledge that ClubEG may use photos of me for print or digital media.

I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the information included above and hereby release ClubEG of any related claims that may arise from this trip. I also understand that I will reimburse ClubEG for any additional cost incurred resulting from my decisions or behavior.

All points in this waiver must be agreed to by each participant.
