Welcome to the registration page for the IASD Summer Lesson Program. Please complete the form below to submit a registration request for lessons. Please remember that submitting a request does not guarantee a spot in the program. Lessons are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please complete one for for each student requesting a lesson. After you have filled out this form, you will still need to send in your payment to your Band/Orchestra Director or Elementary Music Teacher before the start of this program . If school is not in session, bring payment to the Jr. High at your first lesson.

Tuition is charged per student or per family. Students who qualify for free or reduced lunch qualify for a reduced tuition. The tuition schedule is as follows:
Regular Tuition - Covers all 5 Lessons
1 student = $50.00
2 or more in a family = $80.00
Reduced Tuition - Covers all 5 Lessons
1 student = $25.00
2 or more in a family = $40.00
If a student is interested in taking additional lessons on other instruments, the fee for a single student will be added to the total at either the regular or reduced rate.
