Parents/Guardians of LPSD students,
Please complete the following survey.  You will need to complete this for each of your children in the district. Remember, the district is presenting two options.  

Option #1- On campus learning.  Teachers will welcome back students face to face in a traditional school setting. Technology will be increased to best prepare students in case of school closures.

Option #2- Off Campus learning. Students will be allowed to access curriculum digitally from home while continuing to gain instruction from their LPSD teachers face to face through technology.

If you do not have internet access but would like to learn more of how the district is helping increase accessibility throughout our district, we can contact you to let you know the options that are available.
