The Regret Project: Anonymous Submissions

Got a regret? A bad take, a moment you wish you could take back, or a decision that still haunts you? Welcome to The Regret Project, a space where you can tell me your story and unburden yourself anonymously. No judgment, no consequences, and no side-eye from your supervisor, your colleague, or your mum.

Your submission might make it into my Substack series, Regret Now, where we celebrate the fine art of screwing up, realizing it, and apologizing. Who knows? Maybe we can even laugh about it later. Don’t worry, though: I’m not here to judge. No identifying details required, and your submission will be completely anonymous.

This isn’t (only) about entertainment or spectacle—it’s about honesty, growth, and maybe a little catharsis. So, if you’re ready, share your story. Who knows? It might help you move forward—and help others realize they’re not alone.
