Summer Sports Skills Camp
The Autumn Ridge & Woodcreek Girl’s Athletics program has teamed up with the Summer Creek High School volleyball and basketball program to provide an early opportunity for girls interested in playing volleyball and basketball.  The Summer Sports Skill Camp is designed to focus on all aspects of the game with an emphasis on fundamentals and team skills for the duration of the camp. ONLY PARTICIPANTS will be allowed in the building, NO SPECTATORS  will be granted entry  

WHO: 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade girls interested in playing volleyball and basketball
WHAT: Middle School Summer Sports Skills Camp
WHEN: June 3 – 5 Monday – Wednesday; Volleyball 8am – 11am; Basketball 11:30pm – 2:30pm
WHERE: Woodcreek Middle School 14600 Woodland Hills Dr, Houston, TX 77044
COST: $75 volleyball OR $75 Basketball: $140 for BOTH (Fee includes t-shirt)

PARENT’S RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT:TO: Volleyball & Basketball Summer Sports Camp We, (or I), hereby request that you accept the application for the enrollment of my child in the VOLLEYBALL & BASKETBAALL SUMMER SPORTS SKILL CAMP on the dates set forth in this application, and in consideration of your acceptance of the application, we (or I), hereby release the VOLLEYBALL & BASKETBALL SUMMER SPORTS SKILL CAMP and all their employees and agents from all claims on account of any injuries which may be sustained by our (or my) daughter while attending the Summer Camp, and its employees and agents for any claim which may be hereafter presented by our (or my) minor daughter. I give permission for my child to participate in this event conducted by ARMS & WMS.
