WELCOME!  You have just ventured into an adventure that can be as rewarding and fulfilling as you need or want it to be.  We will be spending 30 days as a group working on our own individual focused area.  I am excited to venture with you!  As you fill this out, try to be as specific as possible.  We will ONLY be looking at this in aggregate (group) format so no individual answers will be shared.  Deb will be the only person who has access to these form responses.
