It is the obligation of each presenter to register for the conference and incur hotel and travel expenses if necessary.
A screen and LCD projector will be provided. All other AV equipment is the responsibility of the presenter.
Incomplete proposals will not be considered.
If selected, proposal presentations must be submitted by April 1, 2020.
Presenters and their representatives are prohibited from advertising and/or selling products or services before, during, or after concurrent session presentations. Presenters who wish to do so must purchase an exhibitor booth.
Wireless Internet will be available for the conference. However, speakers should not rely on wireless connection to conduct their presentation.
Presenters are responsible for sharing paper and/or digital handouts during their session.
If for any reason, the presenter cannot attend/fulfill presenter responsibility, they will be expected to notify
