To request a place in After School Wraparound Care for Summer 1 Term, please complete this form, ticking all the dates you would like to book.
SESSIONS, FEES AND LOCATION
After School Wraparound Care will run from Monday - Friday, straight after school until 5pm. This is held at Pennington Junior school (pick up via the entrance through their school hall door). There's no wraparound club held at the Infant school (only the after school sports clubs).
You no longer need to book your child's collection time for each session - children may be collected at anytime from 3:15pm up until 5pm.
NEW FEE PRICE = £4.00 per child, per session (regardless of collection time).
At the end of the school day a member of staff will escort your child from the Infant school to the Juniors for the after school wraparound club. Mrs Rayner is the Infant School staff member.
If your child attends a sports clubs at the Infants and requires wraparound club afterwards. A member of staff will come and collect your child from the sports club and walk them over to the Junior school for the remaining time at the wraparound club. Please speak to Mrs Russell (in the Infant school office) if this is something you require for your child.
PLACE ALLOCATIONS AND CONFIRMATION
We do have a limit per day of the number of children we can accept, so PLEASE ENSURE YOU BOOK AHEAD. Payment via scopay, along with the completion of this form will confirm your child's place unless you hear from us otherwise.
SAME DAY BOOKINGS
If you wish to make a last minute booking on the day, please call the Infant school office on 01590 672910 to confirm there are spaces available before making the payment via SCOpay.
SUMMER TERM 1 DATES
Please note that Summer Term 1 is a 5 week term with 2 public holidays - the after school wraparound club will run every school day during this time. There is also an Inset day on the last day of the half term (Friday 23rd May) when the school will be closed to children.
