We are preparing for the 2020 -2021 school year and we want to prepare for the unknown.   We need your assistance in preparing for the various options that might present themselves in August.  Given the uncertainty of what education will look like in the fall, we are unsure if it will take place within the walls of our buildings, or virtually from your home as we have been currently doing.   We have heard that if buildings are permitted to reopen, there could be requirements around reduced attendance options, such as learners coming to school on an every other day type schedule.  The safety of our learners and staff would be in the forefront of this decision, and would reflect CDC guidelines.  Regardless, we will still need to ensure that technology is available to our students that need it to participate in the continuity of education.  Therefore, we are trying to establish a comprehensive count of the devices that will be needed to ensure that every student has appropriate technology available for the start of the next school year.  Please answer the following questions for each student that attends Southmoreland via separate survey.
