The sudden jump to a fully online experience this past spring caught us all off guard. There's a lot that went right and a lot that didn't. Here are some things to keep in mind when responding.

      - What was helpful? What made your work/studies successful?
      - Did you have the equipment and software you needed?
      - Was there enough communication? Was the communication clear and thorough?
      - If you needed help, was it easy to find?
      - Did you feel comfortable with the technology you needed to use?
      - Do you think your peers and/or faculty were able to use the technology effectively?
