Thank you for your interest in our ETKO Early Years Programmes for your child. Please complete the form below and on receipt of your form, we will email you to confirm the class options for your child. Please be patient if you don’t hear back from us immediately, we will respond as promptly as we can.

Our enquiry forms are monitored between Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm.

Monthly membership and payment information

Our monthly membership fee for one class per week per child is £32.00. This fee is payable on the 1st of each month and covers 44 weeks of training throughout the year - we have calculated the monthly fee to avoid changing payments each month, as some months contain 5 weeks of training, the cost has therefore been spread out to be consistent each month and this includes when the facility closes.

The facility will close and no classes will run over the 2 weeks of the Easter and October holiday, the final 2 weeks of the summer holiday and during the Christmas fortnight - these dates will run in line with the Aberdeenshire school holiday dates.

If your child joins mid-way through the month, the monthly fee will be pro-rated.

By submitting this form you agree to pay the monthly membership fee as stated above (payment arrangements will follow on confirmation of your child's space at ETKO). No part-month refunds will be given. Should ETKO Sports Academy need to cancel a session, we will give you as much notice as possible - an alternative session may be offered.

ETKO Sports Academy will not be held liable, or be required to pay compensation for any loss incurred as a result of, or in any way arising out of, the cancellation. You also consent to our terms and conditions.
