Workplace Harassment Including Sexual Harassment Complaint Reporting

Dear BPC Employees,

This is an internal system of submitting workplace harassment complaints within BPC. If you have observed any form of workplace harassment or if you are experiencing harassment from a supervisor, colleagues, or subordinates, we kindly request all to utilize this form in initiating complaints against the involved employees.

Further, BPC has appointed five designated individuals to oversee matters related to workplace harassment including sexual harassment. Since your complaints shall directly go to Gender Equality Committee (GEC) members, your identity shall be well protected by them.

The main purpose of creating this system is to prevent any kind of misconduct within BPC and promote a secure working environment for all employees regardless of their gender.
