The purpose of this research is to study how the partners of miscarriage patients make sense of the experience. The data from this research will be used to theorize potential areas for improving miscarriage-related communication on multiple levels, including but not limited to health care, interpersonal relationships, and education.

This research has been reviewed according to California State University, Chico IRB procedures for research involving human subjects.
