Baraboo Night Market's fall market is back! Vendor applications will be accepted until 5pm on Friday, August 19th. New this year: Vendor applications will be reviewed in rounds every two weeks. If you are selected, you have two weeks to make payment or you will relinquish your spot to the bottom of the list and start the review process over. We will continue this process until the August 19th deadline or until vendor spots are full. In past years, we have ALWAYS received more applications than space allows, so please get your applications in early!
Vendor Fees: $75/booth space, $100 with electricity, due within two weeks if/when your application is approved. Invoices will be sent automatically to the email on file, and you may pay online or mail a check. Fees are due in advance of the event and NON-REFUNDABLE. Your spot is not considered confirmed until payment is received.
One space is approx. 10’ x 10’ (some spaces vary). There are a limited number of vendor spaces, and only a portion of those have electricity. Please submit a complete and compelling application to ensure you have the best chance at being selected.
Food vendors: $150 without electricity, $175 with electricity. Only basic electricity is available, so deep fryers, crock pots, or anything else that pulls a ton of electricity is not allowed unless you are running on a QUIET generator. Generators emitting excessive noise or exhaust per the opinion of the event chairs must be turned off.
Preference is given to local brands, interactive booths, and vendors the committee feels will do well based on past markets. No MLM or direct sales allowed. Email
