Hello Parents and Students!  4th grade students attending Butz, Lower Nazareth, and Shafer will be provided the opportunity to begin in the instrumental music program this year.  Please compete the form to indicate which instrument your child is interested in learning and pertinent information needed for the instructors who will be teaching your child!  

Note:  Due to the timing of lessons in the elementary schools, all parents and students will be asked to complete a completion of work contract at the beginning of the school year.  The contract will be implemented to ensure that all students participating in the program will complete their school work for classes, since some lessons might be scheduled during an academic class this year on a rotating basis.
