Donation Request Form
The Barn III would love to help every local organization and we make a concerted effort to support as many as we can. However, because of the frequency of requests, The Barn III is unable to fulfill every request. In an effort to be fair, we cannot promise that our support of an organization will be consistent from year to year.

Our standard donation is two gift certificates (redeemable for two tickets for any dinner theatre show except Valentine's Day and New Year's Eve). Please complete and submit this form at least 4 weeks prior to your event.

If we decide to donate to your cause, we will mail the gift certificates to the provided email.
