Please fill out this form if you plan to attend the March 18th Intro to Mounted Archery and/or March 19th Repeat Offenders Clinics in New Market, AL at Happy Trails Therapeutic Riding Center. The fee for each day will be $200 or $400 for attending both days. That price includes archery equipment, instruction time, and arena fees. Please pack a lunch or make other arrangements. There will be an hour break around noon. Deposits are Nonrefundable and Nontransferable unless the event is cancelled. By completing this form, you agree to these terms. All riders under the age of 18 will be required to wear a helmet while mounted.
You MUST have proof of Negative Coggins and vaccinations within a year.
