Thank you so much for your interest in bringing a group to volunteer with Habitat DC-NOVA. Our build days are our most popular activity. We are nearing the end of our two most recent builds; therefore, we will have limited opportunities throughout early 2024. However, we will be hosting groups at our D.C. build sites in Ward 8 and off of Constitution Ave. throughout the winter and spring of 2024. Then, we will have volunteer opportunities throughout Northern Virginia in the cities of Fairfax and Alexandria that will consist of rehabbing past Habitat homes that we have recently reacquired.

We currently host groups of 10 vaccinated volunteers, and no experience is needed. Volunteer activities will vary depending on the construction timeline. All tools and materials for your Build Day will be provided for you.
For a weekday Build Days, we would kindly request a contribution of $5,000 that will secure your Build Day and directly support the cost of construction of the home. For a Saturday Build Day, we would kindly ask for a $6,500 contribution. You can learn more about our sponsorship program on our website:
