2. A link will be sent to the participant as confirmation of your registration 3 days before December 1. Please make sure that you have registered your correct information and advise the Secretariat if you have paid and have not gotten your link 1 day before the session.
3. We will be sharing your names and email addresses with our technical teams from Zoom Tech and Howspace for access to the conference.
4.The conference will be recorded for ODPN purposes.
5. A digital copy of the Certificate of Participation will be sent to all participants who attend the 2-day conference.
6. We will send digital copies of Statement of Account (upon request), the Certificate of Participation and Official Receipt to your email addresses. Should you need an original copy of any of the above, we will ask you to please handle the courier/delivery charges or get them in the next session, when participation can be in person.
