Complete this form by Sunday, March 28th to register. Students will be unable to practice or play with the team unless registration is completed.

Our first practice will take place on Tuesday, April 6th at Indian Plains (1322 N Eola Rd, Aurora, IL 60502) from 2:45 pm till 4:30 pm.

Practice is every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 2:45 - 4:30 pm during the season.

League games times, dates and locations are still TBD, but will likely take place Wednesday evenings at Indian Plains.

COVID-19 Protocols: Masks worn at all times, 6ft spacing on sidelines, no fans in attendance, discs and hands sanitized between points, limited to playing teams within 30 mile radius, self certification and temp check.
