Anti-Racist Supervision Training
Hello and thank you for being open and willing to take the next steps into exploring, discovering and understanding what it means to be an anti-racist supervisor. Our time together is intended to provide space to share common language and understanding around Anti-Racism supervision, explore the ways you show up as a supervisor and designing/re-designing your committment to the journey of being an Anti-racist supervisor. This questionnaire helps me to better understand who(perceptions, experiences, levels of understanding) is in the room and what would make our time together worth it for you. During the training, I will reference the results but all identities will be kept anonymous. This form collects emails for the purpose of providing additonal resources at the completion of the training.
