A week - long culinary experience to showcase the Memphis as a premier dining destination.

During Memphis Dining Week, diners can enjoy special prix fixe menus at nearly 15 restaurants throughout Memphis. These multi-course meals are $25 for lunch, and $35 and/or $45 for dinner (excluding beverages, tax and gratuity).

Participating restaurants will donate $1 of every cover to Refuge Memphis.

Registration Approval

As we receive applications, we will begin approving applications. We have a total of 15 spaces for restaurants and we will try to be fair to everyone. Everything on the checklist must be included to be approved.

Menus

All participating restaurants will offer their special prix fixe menus during Memphis Dining Week. Bar menu is an exception to the rule. These multi-course meals are $25 for lunch, and $35 and/or $45 for dinner (excluding beverages, tax and gratuity).

Disclaimer: A completed application does not guarantee acceptance. Approval to restaurant week will be considered on a first come, first serve basis.

Charitable Donation

We will visit all 15 participating restaurants on Monday August 23, 2021 to collect charitable donations. Please make checks out to Refuge Memphis.

It is your responsibility to read and understand what is outlined in this document for vendors participating in Memphis Dining Week. By signing below, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Memphis Dining Week. * *

Restaurants must provide dine in &/or takeout menus by July 1st.

Restaurants must set up a specific menu item in their POS System for Memphis Dining Week.

Restaurants must agree to donate $1 of each tab to Refuge Memphis.

Restaurants must provide logo by May 30th.

Restaurants must provide chef/staff headshots, restaurant ambience and food photography of existing menu by June 30th. (3 - 5 images)
