Please join us for this COVID-compliant performance at the beautiful Chrysalis venue in Merriweather Park at Symphony Woods (Columbia, MD)

Dates: Saturday, June 5 & Sunday, June 6. 12pm & 4pm daily
 
-Run time: approximately 120 minutes, 3 short acts, brief pauses between acts
-Ticket price: $25 per person per performance. Tickets are non-refundable. Additional tickets, if available on June 3rd, will be offered at a reduced rate for confirmed ticketholders who would like to purchase seats to additional performance times. To guarantee seats to multiple performances, you are encouraged to purchase advance tickets.
-This is an outdoor performance in a grassy area, and will require a walk from the parking area to the lawn seating. LOW BACK chairs (not normal stadium chairs) and blankets are permitted.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Ticketing & COVID requirements

*Face coverings must be worn at all times by all individuals to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. All patrons must wear a mask; the cast and staff will also be wearing masks.

*Tickets MUST be reserved online (HERE on this google form) for tracking purposes and are not available by phone or at MBT's Box Office.  Please share these COVID-related protocols with your guests prior to the performance. If you have questions, please contact Brenda Lipowsky at brenda@mbtdance.org.  All patrons will also be emailed a copy of the protocols prior to the performance weekend.

*Based on the size of our cast and the capacity restrictions at the venue, tickets will be very limited. Please reserve tickets for your family/friends for the performance days/times that you want (first come, first serve), and reserve tickets by household group.  Each audience will be limited to approximately 50 household groups or 250 people, whichever is reached first.  

*All patrons (all ages) must be ticketed for contact tracing requirements, and we must have full names and contact info for every patron in your group.  Patrons under 2 years old will not be charged but names must be recorded. Ticket transfers must also be recorded in advance for contact tracing purposes. Patrons whose names are not on a will-call ticket list, or who are not wearing masks, will not be admitted to the venue.

*Tickets are non-refundable. MBT, and the arts in general, have been drastically impacted by COVID-related closures.  All proceeds support MBT's ability to continue to offer educational and performance programming - in-person and virtually - during this time. We are thankful to be able to continue performances this season.

*Patrons must sit in household groups in painted squares on the lawn; low-back chairs and blankets are permitted, a limited number of picnic tables are available at the back of the lawn for family groups who need that option. All seating is general admission and seating for each performance is limited. Patrons are encouraged to dress for the weather, as they would at an outdoor sporting event.
Lawn opens to patrons 30 minutes prior to performance time; all tickets must be pre-purchased for admittance. All individual patrons, including children/infants, must be on a will call list for admittance.

*Restrooms on site are portable restrooms; hand sanitizer use is required.

* Patrons will be notified if any performance date/time will be moved to a weather date. In the case that a performance is cancelled due to weather and cannot be rescheduled, the performance will be video-recorded in MBT's black box theater and issued to all ticket holders at a later date. All ticket fees will at that point also be considered tax-deductible donations to MBT. At this time, there is no scheduled rain date.

*Please CAREFULLY read the liability waiver from the Inner Arbor Trust (operator of the Chrysalis) and Howard County, MD, which you must accept to reserve tickets.

*All rehearsals have been conducted in a COVID-compliant environment, including mandatory wearing of masks.
